The big “W” stands for WALKING! Here is a challenge and an idea as we STEP into Fall. Put up a calendar (everyone has a calendar sitting around) and make a pact with your husband, friend or dog that you will walk at least 3 – 4 times a week. Each day that you do, place a large red “W” on that day on your calendar (or do it on your online calendar). It’s quite motivating to pass the calendar and see a big red “W”.
